FAQs & Solutions
How can I adjust picture or sound quality if they are unsatisfying?
Position the Signal Amplifier as close as possible to the aerial (or aerial signal input) and check also all the connections. Loose or bad connections will result in an unclear picture.
What can I do if the signal gets over amplified?
When the signal gets over amplified, turn the Gain Variance Knob (D) to the right and then slowly to the left and see if the picture improves.
What is the use of the Signal Amplifier
The Signal Amplifier is designed to boost the signals of your antenna or cable box, this allows you to distribute the signal to multiple devices and/or use longer cable/cables without losing picture and sound quality.
Why the incoming signal is unclear?
The Signal Amplifier will not improve your picture as it will also amplify the noise in the signal. Please contact your antenna or satellite installer for further details.
Will a Signal Amplifier improve the aerial signal?
When the received signal is bad, the Signal Amplifier cannot change a bad signal into a good signal. It can only convert a weak signal into a strong signal.Read more
