  • Can I watch TV with the headset, while other people in the room watch TV with regular sound? Yes you can. Normally, the headphone input of the TV will mute the sound and the audio input will not mute the sound. This can differ per device.   • Will I be able to listen to sound from the microphone and from a device connected to the transmitter at the same time? No. You can use only one at a time. Read more
  • Which channel should I choose? It does not matter which channel is chosen, as long as both the transmitter and the headphones use the same channel. Should you experience interference (bad sound quality); you can switch to another channel. Read more
  • I hear sound directly from the speakers as well as the headphones. What can I do? Please check if the transmitter is plugged into the right input (headphones input or audio input). This can differ per device. Read more
  • The audio is distorted and I can hear a lot of "static" noise, what should I do? In this case it is highly likely that another signal is interfering with the wireless signal going from the transmitter to the headphones. This could be caused by other wireless devices, such as another pair of wireless headphones, active Bluetooth devices or a WiFi router.

    To try and resolve the issue, please try the following:
    • Make sure that the headphones are within the range of maximum distance to the transmitter (line of sight).
    • Place the transmitter/receiver on a non-metallic surface (for example, avoid placing the transmitter/receiver on top of a desktop computer).
    • Minimize the number of competing wireless devices, including cordless phones and remote-controlled toys within range of the receiver.

  • I do not hear any sound on my TV headset, what should I do? There are a number of reasons why there is no sound on your headset: 
    • It could be that you are not in line of sight with the transmitter/charging station and the headphone has turned OFF. Place the headphone within 50 meters line of sight and reconnect the headphone to the transmitter by pressing “CH” on the transmitter and “scan” on the headset. 
    • The batteries could be empty; recharge your batteries by placing the headset on the charging station. 
    • The volume of the device you are listening to (the device that is connected to the transmitter/charging station) is too low or muted. 
    • The volume of the headset is too low.

  • The headphones are beeping, what does this mean? This means that the charge of the batteries is low, please recharge or replace with new ones. Read more
