The color screen enables easy and quick navigation and backlit functionality is handy in dark conditions.  The Color will operate your (HD)TV, Projector, LCD TV, Plasma, SAT/CABLE/ DVB-T, Freeview, IPTV, DVD, Blu-ray, MP3 player, docks (incl. iPod), Amplifier, Home Cinema, Windows Media Centre and many more, up to 18 devices



Favorites gives you the ability to set up to 72 favorite channels from a country specific channel line up. The chosen favorites are then shown in the colour display. So no need to remember channel numbers any more.



Create up to six personal profiles, giving instant access to favourite channels. These profiles can be set up by member of the household, or by gerne such as movies, sport, news etc.



You can create one-touch activities such as Watch Movie or Listen to Music. One activity key will execute a string of commands such as turning on the DVD player, A/V receiver and TV at the same time. Up to 12 different activities can be programmed on your Xsight Colour.

  • Which code can I use to operate my Apple TV 4? The Apple TV 4 supports Apple TV remotes from previous generations as well, for which setup code 1115 is created.
    Should the Apple TV not respond with the above mentioned code, the TV4 also has the capability to learn commands from a remote.
    This way, you can setup the One For All remote for usage. Please refer to the documentation of your Apple TV 4 for instructions.

  • After setting up my X-Sight using the EZ RC website, the remote does not seem to operate any of my devices at all, despite having them set up correctly.

    We have received various reports from customers that, after downloading a new configuration using our EZ RC website, the devices do not seem to contain any function.

    This is an issue we are investigating. Therefore, it is currently not possible to add a new configuration. Previously set up devices will remain intact.

  • Where can I download the EZ RC Software? Please visit the following link to download the most recent version of the X-Sight conduit ( http://www.oneforall.com/conduit/conduit.exe

    To install the newer version you will need to make sure that there are no other Internet Explorer windows open during the installation.
    1. Please uninstall the existing ez-rc software from your PC.
    2. Install the downloaded conduit-program.
    Plug in your X-sight with the USB cable, you can now launch the ez-rc program by clicking on the green icon in the system tray of the PC (bottom right of the screen, next to the clock). Once you login to the ez-rc program, you can proceed to use the ez-rc website to setup up or add devices to your X-sight remote control. Read more

  • My X-Sight does not seem to connect to my PC/laptop. What can I do to resolve this? Please contact customer support through the link at the bottom of the page.

    In order to aid further, please supply the following details regarding Operating System (OS) and the type of internet browser. Please note that the Xsight series of remotes only supports a combination of Windows and Internet Explorer. Mac and Linux are not supported, and neither are other Internet Browsers such as Firefox and Chrome.

    For Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista, and Windows 7, please supply the following info:
    • Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?
    • What is the version of the EZ-RC conduit? (If you right click on the icon it can read EZ-RC or it will have a different number)
    • When connecting your remote to the PC via the USB cable, does the icon (bottom right) change from red to green? (On your Xsight, you should get the message “USB Connected”)
    • Was ActiveX component authorized to allow EZ-RC to run within your Internet explorer?

  • What are the requirements for the Xsight Colour to work with my PC?

    You will need one USB slot available. The X-Sight series is designed to work on Windows XP, but will also run on Windows Vista, 7 and 8/8.1. For the software to work correctly, Internet Explorer 7 or higher is required. Any other operating systems or webbrowsers are not supported.

  • Using the Back button on Internet Explorer results in an unexpected page? We recommend that you use the Previous and Next buttons on the website itself. If you are in the middle of a wizard, Internet Explorer sees this as one page, so pressing back on the browser button will result in exiting the wizard.

  • Can I use www.ez-rc.com with Mozillla, Firefox, or another browser?

    The EZ-RC website requires ActiveX to communicate between the X-Sight remote and your PC. Since ActiveX is not available for Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, the website is only compatible with Internet Explorer 7 or higher.

  • I am unable to register my account on EZ-RC as I do not receive a confirmation email. How can I resolve this?

    First of all, please check the spam folder. If it is not there, in order to resolve this issue you have to set the following email address to be "allowed" into your inbox: admin@ez-rc.com (this setting is specific to the type of email provider you use - gmail, hotmail etc.).

    Once this has been done , you should see the confirmation in your inbox as per normal.

    Please note, you may need to revisit the ez-rc website and try to login, and you will be given the option to resend the mail.

    A long blink indicates that the Xsight Colour failed to learn the signal from the original remote. There could be a number of reasons for this.

    Yes, the X-Sight Colour operates all brands including this one. The basic code for most mainstream Sky+ receivers is Satellite code 1175. For SkyHD, this is Satellite code 1662.

  • How do I move a function from one key to another on my Xsight Colour?

    To edit an existing key:
    Please connect your remote control to the computer and open and login to the EZ-RC program.
    1. Click on the display to access the ‘empty keys’ then continue to step 3 OR
    2. Click on a ‘hard key’ then you can:
    2.1. Assign a different function
    2.2. Assign a default function
    2.3. Remove a function
    2.1.a Are you sure you want to replace the current function on the key? Click “Yes” and you will proceed to step 3
    2.2.a Are you sure you want to replace the current function on the key? Click “Yes”, this will restore the key to the original function that was pre-programmed when the code was setup for this device
    2.3.a Are you sure you want to remove the function from the key? Click “Yes”, this key is no longer active.
    3. In the list on the right hand side you will see all of the keystrokes that are available on the code that is programmed into the device you have selected.
    Select the key you are looking for
    4. Click on the left grey arrow to move it onto the remote
    5. You can now give the key a personalized name or a leave it as the default name. If you would like to add/edit more keys then you can repeat steps 1 to 5, if you have added all of the required functions then click on OK
    6. Click Next. Congratulations! You have successfully modified ‘amount’ keys for your ‘device’.

  • How do I associate the volume keys to one particular device on my Xsight Colour?

    It is possible to lock the volume on your Xsight Colour to a single device key (for example: the volume control could be linked only to a TV). This means that when the remote is in DVD or SAT mode and the volume keys are pressed, the TV volume will still be activated.

    Yes, this is possible. When editing or creating a Macro (from the Advanced section on the Main Menu screen) or when using the Advanced wizard to create an Activity, there is a screen where the timing between the commands sent in a macro can be adjusted. This now has an extra option called Press and Hold Duration, which allows for a key to be held down for up to 20 seconds.
