I cannot connect the Bluetooth Music Receiver to my mobile device, what should I do?
Please make sure that your mobile device has Bluetooth and that it is enabled.

If the Bluetooth music receiver has already been connected with a Bluetooth enabled mobile device, please disconnect this device first.
Now try to connect again.
